Practical sessions

Students are required to undertake practical work on a weekly basis and while some recipes are compulsory there is increasingly an element of choice in what the students can make.  As they progress through the course they are expected to make two or three items in each practical session.

We are reliant on the support of parents in providing the necessary ingredients and thank you for your assistance.
